Dabra Bush was named Most Valuable Player of the California Collegiate Athletic Association as the setter on the Highlanders 1981 National Championship team. A three-time team captain, she was named an All-American during the 1983 sason. From 1980 through 1987, she competed on United States Volleyball Association teams.
