Known as a tenacious hitter, Louie Flatoa was a three-year starter at defensive end… in 1973, he was UCR’s MVP and All-California Collegiate Athletic Association… UCR was 17-3 during his last two years… in 1974, he played for the Hawaiians of the World Football League.
