Oahu, HI—Faith Makau finished third, and Weslie Totten sixth in leading the UC Riverside Women's Cross Country Team to a sixth place finish in the Big West Championship at Kahuku Golf Course.

The team title went to Cal Poly, who placed five runners inside the top-10, including Peyton Bilo in first with a winning time of 21:04.1.
Â
The men's team matched the previous year's finish with a seventh place result, led by Solomon Demeku-Ousman (26:06.4) in 24th, and Cesar Solis (26:06.5) in 25th (Men's 8k results). Cal Poly also placed five in the top-10 of the men's race, which included the top three spots led by Clayton Hitchins in a time of 24:36.1.
