Frequently Asked Questions (Ticketing)

Do UC Riverside undergraduate students have to pay for tickets to home events?
No. Undergraduate students are admitted free to all preseason and regular season home athletics events, subject to availability.  Please present your student ID to gain admission.

For which sports do I need a ticket in order to attend?
For the 2025-2026 athletics year, UC Riverside will require tickets for Men's & Women's Basketball, Men's & Women's Soccer, Women's Volleyball, Track & Field, Cross Country, Baseball, Softball and our annual UCR Cross Country Invitational.

How can I contact UC Riverside with a ticket related question?

How can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through our website linked here. All ticket transactions are done online. Cash will not be accepted.

When can I get access to the venue?
Doors/gates to most venues open 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the game (subject to change), depending on the athletic event.

At what age do kids get in for free?
Kids two and under get in free and do not require a ticket.

How do I get to campus?
The University of California Riverside is located adjacent to the 60 and 215 freeways in the city of Riverside, approximately one hour east of Los Angeles via the 60 and an hour and a half north of San Diego via the 215.

Where Can I Park?
  • Basketball/Soccer/Track & Field/Volleyball: Lot 24 on Canyon Crest Drive between University Avenue and Linden Street. Alternate lots may be used due to the lot being full or due to other special events.
     
  • Baseball: Lot 26, with entrances on Rustin Avenue or Canyon Crest Drive. Alternate lots may be used due to the lot being full or due to other special events.
     
  • Cross Country: Lot 30 at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Canyon Crest Drive. Alternate lots may be used due to the lot being full or due to other special events.

Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes. Parking for campus events can be found for purchase on ParkMobile.
Lots 26 & 30 are currently free after 6:00PM and on weekends/holidays

Are there parking spaces designated for disabled patrons?
Yes. Please follow lot signage for directions if an alternate location is designated for accessible parking (valid Placard/License Plate required).  Campus permits are also required.  Select a valid lot available for event purchase.  If parking in Lot 19 or 25, your permit will be allowed even though it is for a different lot.
   •     Basketball/Soccer/Softball/Tennis/Volleyball: Guests with ADA government issued placards or license plates may utilize UC Riverside Lots 24, 25, or 1 with a valid game permit and specialized placard/license plate. Lot 25 is located off of Linden Street next to the Student Recreation Center.
   •     Track and Field: Lot 24 midfield and near the bleachers.
   •     Cross Country: Enter course along Canyon Crest Drive (approximately 300 yards south of Martin Luther King Boulevard).
