LiveHealth Online
Telemedicine group that has medical consultations, as well as access to psychology and psychiatry services.  This group works with the USHIP plan, and offeres psychology services for $0 co-pay.  Co-pay amount may vary depending on your insurance plan.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
The national Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis center that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are committed to improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals advancing professional best practices, and building awareness. Services available via online chat or hotline at 800-273-8255. Â
With Help comes Hope
A resource by the National Suicide Prevention group that offers specific support for persons living with suicidal thought and suicide attempts. Â
Crisis Text Line
A Free, 24/7 crisis text support program.  Text 741741 (RELATE) from your phone and a trained Crisis Counselor will respond.Â

RAINN
Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline Â
(800-656-HOPE, online.rainn.org) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
The WELL is part of the campus and UC system-wide Mental Health/Healthier Campus Climate Initiative committed to providing a safe, supportive, and connected campus environment through the promotion of healthy minds, bodies and communities. It provides accessible, robust resources and support for students in the areas of physical, social, emotional, cultural and spiritual wellness through a network of peer educators, mentors and professionals. FOOD RESOURCES
R’Pantry
R'Pantry is managed by The Well and provides emergency non-perishable food, personal hygiene, household care and childcare items for students experiencing food insecurity.
- For Spring 2020, R'Pantry has transitioned to Drive-Thru Pop-up Pantry located at Lot 19 by appointment only. Check facebook.com/ucrpantry and @ucrpantry for the most up-to-date information.

CalFresh
CalFresh provides qualifying students with up to $194 a month to buy healthy, nutritious foods.
If approved, you’ll receive an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card. It is similar to a debit card and is automatically refilled every month for your convenience. EBT Cards can be used to purchase most foods.
CalFresh is a federally mandated, state-supervised and county-operated government entitlement program that provides monthly food benefits to assist low-income households in purchasing the food they need to maintain adequate nutritional levels. Together with MarketMatch you can double your CalFresh dollars at participating.
CalFresh is not a welfare program and is formerly known as food stamps and SNAP.
Economic Crisis Response Team (ECRT)
The Economic Crisis Response Team is a cross-campus collaboration with representatives from Financial Aid, Housing, Case Management, Student Business Services, and The Well.
