Alex Crook joined UCR Athletics in 2021 as an Assistant Director of Sports Communication, Digital and Emerging Media. He oversees day-to-day communications for Highlander women’s soccer, women’s volleyball, and men’s and women’s track & field.

Crook joined UC Riverside from the University of the Pacific, where he spent one year in Stockton after a two-year internship at the West Coast Conference.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Saint Mary’s College, and a master’s in sport and athletic administration from Gonzaga.
