Hall Named Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport Of The Month

Riverside—Anheuser-Busch has teamed up with the UC Riverside Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and chosen men's cross country runner Chad Hall as the November recipient of the "Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport of the Month." At the Northridge Invitational on Oct. 16, the Big Bear, CA native won the race in a course record and personal-best time of 23:24. He led the Highlanders to a second place team finish out of seven teams with 46 points, three behind UC Santa Barbara with 43 points. Hall was named Big West Conference Athlete of the Week for his accomplishments. Watch the highlight video from the Northridge Invitational.
At the Big West Championships on Oct. 30, Hall finished second overall to earn All-Conference honors for the second straight year. He led UCR to a second place team finish, just two points behind first place UC Davis. Watch the highlight video from the Big West Championships.
