Q: Before we get to the 2010 season, what were your thoughts at the conclusion of the 2009 season with regards to the team’s play and outlook for the future?
A: We finished up the season at the Big West Championships at San Luis Obispo Country Club in April. We had a mediocre tournament and I think we could have been better. Jennifer Bermingham carried us through most of the season but didn’t have her best tournament at the time. I think our outlook for this season is still good though.
Q: Let’s talk a little about Jennifer Bermingham. She is your biggest loss from last year’s squad, so whom do you see stepping up and replacing her role?
A: Jennifer had been our biggest contributor the last four years and graduated in the spring. I expect Ali Erdman, Natalie Guidry, and Denyse Neville to step up, primarily Ali though.
