UCR Men's Tennis Honored With Big West Spring Sportsmanship Award

The UC Riverside Men's Tennis Team, helmed by Head Coach York Strother, was one of nine programs recognized Wednesday afternoon as Big West Spring Sportsmanship Award winners.
Conference Commissioner Dennis Farrell made the announcement honoring the Highlanders in men's tennis; Cal State Northridge in men's golf, women's golf and women's tennis; Pacific in softball and women's water polo; UC Irvine in women's track and field; Long Beach State in men's track and field; and Cal Poly in baseball.
The Sportsmanship Award is voted upon by the respective student-athletes in each of the Big West's 18 championship sports.
