Big West Championship Starts Friday For UC Riverside Men's Tennis

Indian Wells, CA—The UC Riverside men's tennis team will face UC Irvine in the quarterfinals of the 2012 Big West Tennis Championship at 11:00 am on Friday, April 27 at Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

The Highlanders are the No. 6 seed in the tournament, while the Anteaters are No. 3. The winner of the match will compete against #2 seeded UC Santa Barbara at 11:00 am Saturday in the semifinals.

UC Irvine defeated UC Riverside 5-2 back on April 7, with Luis Gastao and Kelly Dickson earning wins in the singles matches for the Highlanders.
