Ted Hooper Named Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport Of The Month

Riverside—Anheuser-Busch has teamed up with the UC Riverside Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and chosen men's track and field athlete Ted Hooper as its June recipient of the "Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport of the Month." Hooper qualified for the NCAA Division I Track & Field Championship set to take place June 11-14 after finishing second in the long jump at the NCAA West Preliminary Round on May 29 (read the release).
Earlier in the month, the senior won his third straight Big West Championship in the long jump with a top mark of 24' 7".
Anheuser-Busch congratulates Hooper for demonstrating that RESPONSIBILITY REALLY DOES MATTER!
