Women's Golf Finishes Eighth At The Bay Area Intercollegiate

Fairfax- The UC Riverside Women's Golf Team concluded the Bay Area Intercollegiate Tuesday afternoon finishing in eighth place.

The Highlanders registered a team total 884, after firing a 290 and 293 on the first day, and a 301 in the final round. UCR finished ahead of fellow Big West member UC Irvine.

Leading the Highlanders on the links was Brittani Ferraro and Savannah Vilaubi, who who finished in a four-way tie for 24th in a field of 71 individual golfers.

The Highlanders are back in action March 23 as they travel to Hawai'i to participate in the Anuenue Spring Break Classic.
