Men's Tennis Battles But Drops Close Match To Georgetown, 4-3

Riverside—The UC Riverside Men's Tennis Team moves to 2-9 on the season after a tough battle with Georgetown at the SRC Wednesday afternoon. The Highlanders dropped the match 4-3.

The Highlanders started the day taking the doubles point, with partners Cooper Bridge and Sina Sharifi winning their match in the first position and Marcus Vizcarra and Mcihael Carella defeating their opponents. Both teams won their matches 6-2.

Earning singles points for the Highlanders was Julian Ruffin and Sean Robles.

UC Riverside will host Portland Friday, March 13 at the SRC. The match is slated for a 1 pm PT start.
