Terre Haute, IN - UC Riverside junior Chad Hall finished 142nd at the NCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships on Monday afternoon at LaVern Gibson Championship Course located at the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center.
Hall ran the 10k course in 31:31.5 to finish 142nd out of 246 individuals. Liberty's Samuel Chelanga won the event in 29:22.2.
Hall earned his spot in the national race by finishing 10th individually at the NCAA West Regional on November 13. The Big Bear, CA native is just the third member of the Highlanders to run at nationals in the Division I history of the program.
