Sacramento, CA - The UC Riverside men's tennis team started spring break on Monday afternoon with a 6-1 loss at Sacramento State.
The Hornets opened play with a sweep in the doubles matches, and proceeded to win five of six in singles. UCR's Michael Conroy earned the lone Highlanders point at No. 4 with a 7-6 (11-9), 6-1 victory over Holden Ching.
The Highlanders continue spring break with a road match at Santa Clara on Wednesday, Mar. 24 at 3:00 pm.
