
Updated UC Riverside Women's Soccer Information At "The 411 On 2010"

Riverside—Members of the media, fans and recruits alike can now access information about the 2010 UC Riverside Women's Soccer team and the program's complete recorded history at "the 411 on 2010" sports file at gohighlanders.com.
In the past, information about UC Riverside athletics programs was provided on-line via a stagnant, downloadable media guide in pdf format, and once the first match of a new season was complete, the information became obsolete. "The 411 on 2010" provides the Highlanders faithful with a living, breathing document that can be updated throughout the year: If a record gets broken, that information can be updated on-line before the clock winds down to 0:00; If a player is named to an all-tournament team, her on-line bio can reflect that the day it is announced.
Given the infinite nature of the world wide web, "the 411 on 2010" format also allows the media relations department to post an unlimited amount of historical information. For women's soccer, links currently exist to all available Division I-era statistics, schedules and results. Future updates will include complete bios for student-athletes who played for UC Riverside prior to the January 2009 switch to gohighlanders.com.
