UCR Places 14 On Big West Conference Fall All-Academic Team

Irvine, CA - The Big West Conference announced today that 14 members of the Highlanders fall sports teams were honored with inclusion on the 2011 Big West Conference Fall All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for the All-Academic team, student-athletes must maintain a 3.2 cumulative grade point average, complete one full academic year at the member institution prior to the season for which the award is being received (at least a sophomore academically), and compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
UC Riverside Women's Soccer had four student-athletes selected to the team in Kristy Adcock, Lindsey Ahmed, Aaren Casimiro, and Jessica Olafsen. Men's Cross Country also placed four in Steven Crum, Talal Khan, Carlo Ordinola, and Seth Totten.
Women's Cross Country had three athletes on the team in Camila Alvarez, Katy Daly, and Brittany Reimer. UCR Volleyball placed two in Bianca Endersby and Monique Holt, while Men's Soccer had one in Cody Suppé.
