Riverside—Tickets to the 2011 UC Riverside Athletics Hall of Fame Celebration, slated for Saturday, September 17 at the Riverside Convention Center, are now on sale, and reservations and sponsorship gifts may be made online.
Join the Highlanders as they induct a veritable Who's Who of UCR Athletics history in Franklin Lindeburg, Don Edwards, John Masi, Chris Rinne, Sue Gozansky, Jack Smitheran and Ray Dalke. Collectively, this distinguished group spent more than 200 years as players, coaches and administrators at UC Riverside.
The celebration begins at 6 pm at the Riverside Convention Center at 3443 Orange Street in Riverside. Hotel accomodations are available at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa (3649 Mission Inn, Avanie, Riverside), Courtyard Marriott (1510 University Avenue, Riverside), Comfort Inn (1590 University Avenue, Riverside) and Holiday Inn Express (2830 Iowa Avenue, Colton).
