Women's Tennis Wins At #1 Doubles, But Hawai'i Earns 7-0 Big West Victory

Riverside - The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team dropped a 7-0 contest to Hawai'i Thursday afternoon in Big West Conference action.
In doubles play, the Highlanders number one duo of Jasmine Almaguer and Kate Bergeson won their match, 8-7, over Suworowa and Petriskova.
The Rainbow Wahine earned victories at the other two positions, however, to secure the first point of the match.
In singles, Hawai'i won in straight sets in all six matches to claim the 7-0 win.
UC Riverside next returns to action on March 7 against Montana at 1 pm PT at Andulka Park in Riverside.
