Karla Dulay Victorious In Doubles And Singles In Highlanders Close, 4-3 Loss To Arizona Christian

Riverside- The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team moves to 4-12 on the year after falling to the ninth ranked team in NAIA, Arizona Christian, 4-3 at the SRC Thursday afternoon.

Winning in both doubles and singles play this afternoon was freshman Karla Dulay, who first took down her doubles counterparts with partner Kassie Truong, 6-1. Sitting in the third spot for singles she downed her opponent 6-2, 6-4. Also earning points towards the Highlanders' cause was Caroline Hall and Tamilla Vaksman in the fourth and fifth slots, respectively.

UCR is back in action Saturday, April 10 as they travel to Cal State Fullerton at 1:30 pm PT.
