Riverside—UC Riverside Director of Cross Country/Track & Field Irv Ray announced today the Highlanders Men's and Women's 2015 Cross Country schedules. (Complete Men's Schedule / Complete Women's Schedule).

The Highlanders open the season, as they've done for the past several years, at the Nevada Twilight Classic. The 8:30 pm PT race is set for September 4 in Sparks, Nevada.

UCR hosts its annual UC Riverside Invitational on Saturday, September 12 at the Ag/Ops Course in Riverside. The women's invitational begins at 7:30 am with the men's race following at 8:05 am.

The Cross Country teams will then travel to the Stanford Invitational on September 26 before hosting the Highlander Invitational at the Ag/Ops Course on October 17. The women's race is slated for 8:00 am with the men's set to begin at 8:45 am.

The Big West Cross Country Championships return to Riverside for the sixth time in seven years on October 31.

The NCAA West Regional takes place on November 13 in Seattle, WA, with the NCAA National Championship on November 21 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The UC Riverside Men's Cross Country Team is coming off of a third place conference finish in 2014.
