San Diego—The UC Riverside Women's Tennis (1-2) fell, 6-1, to San Diego State (1-0) in the home opener for the Aztecs.
The Highlanders split the matches this week, they were victorious Friday at San Diego Christian College, 8-1.

Freshman Arabella Valera, earned her first win as a Highlander, dispatching SDSU's Olivia Larsson in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4.
