Women's Tennis Knocked Off, 7-0, At UC Santa Barbara

Santa Barbara—The UC Riverside Women's Team was blanked, 7-0, at UC Santa Barbara, their second match of the weekend on the California coast.

UCR (3-12, 0-6) got their most competitive match from Karla Dulay, who went to 6-4 and 6-3 in her loss to Atanasson in no. 3 singles.

UC Santa Barbara (11-7, 4-1) won doubles at lines one and three, leaving the line two match unfinished. The Gauchos prevailed in straight sets in each of the singles matches played Sunday.

The Highlanders return home to face Long Beach State Thursday, at 1:30 pm in the SRC Tennis Center.
