Los Angeles–The UC Riverside Men's Tennis Team fell, 7-0. at #10 USC in the first away match for the Highlanders this season.
The Trojans took the doubles point, after winning 6-1 on court no. 2, and 6-2 on court no. 3, causing play to be halted on court no. 1 with the homeside up 5-2.
Kyle McCann made his first appearance of the season for UCR, and extended his match against #28 Logan Smith to 6-4, 6-3 in line two singles. Anderson Ju pressed Laurens Verboven on court five, before falling 6-3, 6-2.
The Highlanders are off next week and will return to action on Friday, February 3 against New Mexico State in the Las Vegas Rebel Classic.
