Cask & Cleaver Is The New Home For The UC Riverside Coaches' Show: First Broadcast Wednesday, October 4

Riverside—The UC Riverside Coaches' Show christens its new home, Cask & Cleaver, this Wednesday, October 4 beginning at 6 pm PT. It is the first of eight shows this season, which are slated for the first Wednesday of each month, and will run through May of 2018 (view the complete schedule).

Featured on the show Wednesday are Head Volleyball Coach Michelle Patton-Coleman, Head Women's Soccer Coach Nat Gonzalez, Head Men's Soccer Coach Tim Cupello, and Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach Nate Browne.

Now in its fifth season, the UC Riverside Coaches' Show is an hour-long broadcast featuring interviews and updates from Highlanders Athletics coaches, student-athletes, administrators, alumni and more. It is broadcast by Riverside TV on the City of Riverside's youtube channel, and the audio is carried on gohighlanders.com via Stretch Internet.

Also new to the program this year is the Coaches' Show hosting duo of Pep Fernandez and Geoff Gorham. Fernandez and Gorham are heard every Saturday morning on the Inland Sports Radio Show, which airs from 11 am-12 pm on Fox Sports 1350 AM.
