Fullerton–In its third Big West match out of five total matches this season, the UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team fell, 7-0, to Cal State Fullerton Saturday at the Titan Tennis Courts.

The Titans moved to 7-0 this season with the win in what was their first conference match of 2017.

Tracy Van challenged Camille De Leon before dropping the line two singles matchup, 6-3, 6-4. Tamilla Vaksman won five games in her battle with Masako Makiba in line five singles that ended, 6-2, 6-3 in favor of Makiba.

The match was delayed multiple times due to rain, but Coach Henry expressed that he felt the team played one of their best matches of the season despite the score.

The Highlanders will return to action next Saturday, when travel to Los Angeles to face LMU at 11 am on February 18.
