Las Vegas, NV– The UC Riverside Men's Tennis Team was defeated in both of its matches Saturday, 7-0 to Weber State in the morning match, and 4-0 to event hosts UNLV in the afternoon.

Cooper Bridge, Kyle McCann, and Anderson Ju all responded after dropping the opening set by taking the second frame convincingly, 6-1, 6-2 and 6-0 respectively.

"Much better effort today from the guys today, however we need wins–not just a good effort.", said Coach Johansson. "Obviously 7-0 does not reflect the matches 3 three-setters. It could have been a 3-4 loss, but still a loss."
