Long Beach–The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team fell, 7-0, at Long Beach State in their second Big West of the 2017 season.

The 49ers took the doubles point after prevailing 6-2 on courts 2 & 3, and 6-3 on court no. 1. In singles play ,Tracy Van won a team-best three games in her 2-6, 1-6 loss to Maren Helgo in her line 3 match.

UCR hosts Hope International on Friday at the SRC Tennis Center, before resuming conference play at Cal State Fullerton on Saturday.
