Full Match Results

Riverside–The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team fell, 6-1, to UC Irvine its final home match of the 2017 season. It was also last match at the SRC Tennis Courts for seniors Sophie El-Kara and VJ Ganesan, who were honored by the team before the match began.

The Anteaters won the doubles matches on courts 1 & 3 leaving Tracy Van's and Lauren Wolfe's match unfinished. Tamilla Vaksman nabbed the lone victory for the Highlanders with a line five singles straight sets, 7-6, 7-5, win against Stephanie Nguyen.

Sara Khattab (#2) and Tracy Van (#3) each extended their matches the a third frame, but fell in the decisive set. UC Irvine prevailed in straight sets in line 1, 4 & 6 en route to claiming the 6-1 conference victory.

UCR will head to UC Davis for a Sautrday afternoon match-up with the Aggies, the final match before next week's Big West Tournament at Indian Wells.
