Women's Tennis Falls to Toledo 6-1

Riverside, Calif.-Â The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team (1-11) fell 6-1 to Toledo Wednesday afternoon.
The Highlanders earned a match on court four as Chloe Pham had a hard fought battle. The junior edged out her opponent in the first set defeating Kokoro Chishaki 6-4, but the Rocket would respond with a 6-1 win of her own in the second. Pham would emerge victorious in the tiebreaker defeating her opponent with a total score of 6-4, 1-6, 10-5.
UCR is back in action tomorrow at 1:30 PM as the Highlanders host Utah State.
