Elpusan and Khattab Make History in 7-0 Sweep for Women's Tennis

SAN RAFAEL, Calif.—History was made for the UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team in its 7-0 sweep on the road at Dominican as the doubles duo of sophomore Tia Elpusan and junior Sara Khattab earned their 25th win as a pair, breaking the all-time UCR record for career wins by a doubles team. The rest of the team was nearly perfect taking two of three doubles courts and all six singles in straight sets.

UC Riverside will now look to keep the momentum going tomorrow morning at UC Davis.
