
MPSF All-Academic Track & Field Team Announced

RIVERSIDEÂ - Announced Friday, April 3, by the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation, 16 UC Riverside Highlander student-athletes were named to the 2020 MPSF All-Academic Track & Field Team.
To be named to the all-academic squad, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above, completed at least one full year at their institution, be a sophomore academically and have competed in over 50 percent of the season's events.

Coach Rob Hansen commented, "This truly is the cream of the crop here.  Earning an opportunity to compete during the indoor season means you put in work and prepared diligently throughout the entire fall to be successful.  Competing at MPSF, in and of itself is an honor.  To earn a 3.0 and the honor of MPSF All-Academic is a measure of consistency, steadfastness and preparedness.  It is great to see all of our event groups represented.  All of our coaches and these student-athletes have earned something to be proud of here!"
