Men’s Golf Concludes Play at Sacramento State Invitational

ELK GROVE, Calif. - UC Riverside closed up shop at the Sacramento State Invitational on Wednesday from the Valley Hi Country Club.
Sam He tied for 21st in the two-day event, highlighted by a 70 (2-under) in round two. He led the Highlanders for the second tournament in as many outings for the spring season and tied for third in the field with 38 pars.
He never slipped outside the top 25 for the duration of the tournament, climbing into a tie for 10th after two rounds.
UCR heads to Santa Barbara and the Sandpiper Golf Course next, teeing off for the two-day UC Santa Barbara Invitational on April 12 before competing at the Big West Championship in May.
