RIVERSIDE, Calif. - UC Riverside track & field was recognized this week by the USTFCCCA with All-Academic distinction on both a team and individual level. 

UCR's women's squad was honored with a USTFCCCA All-Academic award for the fifth consecutive year, while Collette Lowengrub and Big West Freshman of the Year Linda Perez were honored individually. JT Ober III was honored on the men's side with an individual award. 

The trio represented the Highlanders at the NCAA West Preliminaries in Fayetteville, Arkansas in May.
