FULLERTON, Calif. - UC Riverside dropped a 62-58 decision to Cal State Fullerton on Saturday evening in Titan Gym.

Flynn Cameron flexed the long ball early for the second game in a row with a 2-for-2 clip while Zyon Pullin accounted for six of UCR's 12 rebounds early. Pullin was busy with three assists to his credit as well, effectively moving into third all-time in UCR history. 

Lachlan Olbrich bounced back from an off night on Thursday in Bakersfield, putting up 10 points to lead UCR in Titan Gym on 4-of-9 shooting with four rebounds. The Highlander bench also put up another 20-point performance in a 24-6 rout of Fullerton in that category. 

UC Riverside jumped out to a five-point second half lead on a three from Vladimer Salaridze and a free throw from Olbrich, but Fullerton went on a run and made their living at the line down the stretch for the win. 

UCR returns home on Thursday, February 9 to host UC Davis at 6:00 p.m. on ESPN+.
