RIVERSIDE, Calif. - UC Riverside flexed its muscles on Tuesday afternoon at the SRC Tennis Courts with a 5-0 win over Hope International.   

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Aarav Sane and Ryan Huynh picked up their second doubles win of the year with a dominant 6-0 showing at No. 2, while freshmen Lucas Ibarrondo Suarez and Hugo DeGrande grabbed a 6-3 win at No. 3.  
• All four singles wins came in straight-set fashion for the Highlanders.  
• Joshua Roth and Justin Lamy both picked up their first singles wins of the spring with a pair of straight set wins at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.  
• Sane was on the verge of improving to 3-4 in singles play when his match was abandoned. The junior held a 3-1 advantage in set two after claiming set one, 7-5.   

HIGHLANDER HIGHLIGHTS 

• UC Riverside has now won two of its last three overall.
