RIVERSIDE, Calif. – UC Riverside (4-16, 0-5 Big West) dropped a 4-3 Sunday match to UC San Diego (5-14, 1-5 Big West) on Senior Day at the SRC Tennis Courts.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Maya Youssef and Crystal Kim won 6-3 at doubles No. 2.  
• Brionna Nguyen rallied back from a 5-7 first set loss to win 5-7, 6-1, 6-3 at singles No. 1. 
• Kim went 2-0 on the day with an easy 6-0, 6-3 win at singles No. 4. 

HIGHLANDER HIGHLIGHTS 

• Nguyen snapped a six-match skid in singles play.  
• Youseff is now unbeaten in her last five doubles matches dating back to March 8.
