Highlanders Fall to the Aggies

DAVIS, Calif. - The Highlanders traveled up to UC Davis for a weekend match against the Aggies. UCR looked for their first conference win of the year, but fell short to UCD, 7-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Aggies took the doubles point, 2-1. The doubles team of Kei Kato and Ramey Yu won their doubles match 6-3. 
  • Crystal Kim put up a solid effort in her singles' match, but fell 4-6, 4-6.
  • Kato was close to forcing a third set in her match, but fell 3-6, 6-7 (5-10)
