Highlanders end regular season with momentum heading into Big West Championships

FULLERTON, Calif. - UC Riverside Track & Field concluded the 2025 regular season on Friday at Titan Sports Complex in the Titan Tune-Up.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Maxwell Jefferson posted a 14.41 in the men's 110m hurdles.
Deven Martin put up a 45.25m (148-05.00) in the men's discus throw.
Mateo Garcia capped off the trip to Orange County with a 16.44m (53-11.25) in the men's shot put to place second.

NOTABLES

Martin's mark was his longest discus throw since the 2023 Big West Championships.
Garcia recorded his second shot put of 16 meters in 2025 and second in the last three meets.
