RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The University of California, Riverside Athletics program today announced the launch of the UCR Athletics GAME (Growth, Advancement, Momentum, Excellence) Fund, a strategic initiative designed to benefit student-athlete success across all teams.

Established at the start of the 2025-26 fiscal year, the GAME Fund is built to positively impact student-athlete success through generous contributions from alumni, fans, and donors. It will provide unrestricted resources to enhance the student-athlete experience and address their most important needs. This includes financial assistance, NIL opportunities, and other key needs that directly impact the student-athlete experience.

"UCR Athletics is proud to announce the GAME Fund," said Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Wesley Mallette. "This is another important step forward for the program as it will provide necessary opportunities for UCR student-athletes in a collegiate athletics landscape that is becoming increasingly more competitive. Also, it will provide donors with additional ability to support student-athlete success."
