RIVERSIDE, Calif. – UC Riverside added three more players to the women's tennis team for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Katarina Curcic | Novi Sad, Serbia | University of South Dakota
Curcic comes to the IE from South Dakota where she played one season for the Coyotes. During her time at South Dakota, she won four singles matches and won six doubles matches. A native of Serbia, Curcic was ranked 7
th in U16 in Serbia and held a No. 1 U18 ranking in the UAE.

Juliana Galindo | Los Angeles, Calif. | John Marshall HS
Galindo joins the Highlanders as an incoming freshman. She had a stellar career at John Marshall High School. Galindo reached the LA City Section for three straight years finishing in second and broke through with the individual title in 2024.
"I chose UCR because it has a great tennis program and offers strong support in both academics and athletics, which will help me grow as a student and athlete."
Kaia Paulo | Riverside, Calif. | CBU
Paulo heads to UCR after a two-year stint at Concordia University Irvine and a year at CBU (CBU does not sponsor women's tennis). In her sophomore season (CUI) she posted a 3-2 record with one match going unfinished. Paulo attended Riverside Poly High School where she was named team MVP three times.
