LAS VEGAS, Nev. – For day two of the UNLV Quad UCR took on Weber State at the Fertitta Tennis Complex. The Highlanders dropped the match 5-2.
How it happened:
- Weber State took the doubles point 2-1. The pair of Lucas Ibarrondo Suarez and Ivaylo Simeonov won their doubles match, 6-4. It was the first win for the pair this season.
- Michael Chang won his singles match today over Samuel Battistone, 6-4, 6-0. For Chang it was his first career win as a Highlander.
- Owen Pearson won his first career match as a Highlander and earned his first collegiate point. He topped Clement Lecoq 6-1, 6-4.
