SURPRISE, Ariz. - The Highlanders started a three game road trip today in Arizona taking on Ottawa University at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex. The Highlanders earned a 7-0 win.
How it happened:
- The Highlanders secured the doubles point winning all three doubles matches. Two of the matches ended 6-3 and the third match ended 6-4.
- Ivaylo Simeonov won a three set thriller today over Filip Novacek 2-6, 7-6 (7-3), 1-0 (10-6).
- Michael Chang won his singles match over Fabian Wetter in three sets 6-2, 1-6, 6-0.
- Owen Pearson cruised to a win over Boston McFarland 6-2, 6-1.
