Morgan Stuart

Morgan Stuart joined UC Riverside as the volunteer assistant softball coach in September of 2012 after completing a four-year collegiate career at Washington.

Stuart is a three-time Pac-10 honorable mention selection, and helped the Huskies win the 2009 NCAA Women's College World Series. She was named to the World Series All-Tournament Team that year after setting a WCWS record with four doubles and tying a record by recording five hits in a single game.

She batted .476 in the six games, with a World Series-high 10 hits in 21 at-bats. Stuart also racked up 16 total bases, one shy of the all-time WCWS record.

As a senior, she was named to the Capital One Academic All-American District VIII team.

Stuart was a four-year all-league selection at Riverside Poly High School, and was named the Ivy League MVP, first-team all-county and first-team all-state her last two years. She led her team to three consecutive league championships (2004-2006) and to the 2004 CIF Championship.
