Three Inked To National Letters Of Intent For 2010 Volleyball

Three volleyball players have signed national letters of intent for the 2010 UC Riverside volleyball season: Kayla Randles of Yakima, WA; Chelsee Arnitz of Yorba Linda, CA; and Taylor Kushner of Suisun City, CA.
Randles is a 6-2 all-conference middle hitter who helped Eisenhower High School come within one win of reaching the Class 4A state tournament last season.
"Kayla will give us physicality on the outside and versatility in the middle," Head Coach Ron Larsen explained.
Arnitz is a 6-0 hitter who averaged 4.0 kills per game as a senior in 2009 for Esperanza High School.
"Chelsee brings quickness to the middle hitter position, which will enable us to attack the ball from pin to pin," Larsen stated.
Finally, Kushner has the ability to see the court and hit the ball from all three positions -- left, middle, and right.
"We are really excited about bringing these three players into our program," Larsen exclaimed. "Each one has unique abilities that will help us to improve both offensively and defensively."
