Nottingham Named Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport of The Month

Riverside—Anheuser-Busch has teamed up with the UC Riverside Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and chosen women's basketball player Tre'Shonti Nottingham as the December recipient of the "Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport of the Month." Nottingham opened the 2012-13 season averaging 25.3 points per game during the month of November, leading the Highlanders to a 4-2 record.
She recorded six consecutive games of double-figure scoring, including five with 20 or more points. The senior guard also posted a career-high 31 points against Princeton on November 23, and was the nation's leading scorer heading into the week of November 26.
For the month, the Moreno Valley native shot 36.1 percent (13-36) from beyond the arc and 91.3 percent (63-69) from the free throw line.
