7/26/2013 12:10:00 PM | Women's Soccer
Riverside—UC Riverside soccer player Briana Thomasson returns to the Inland Empire for her sophomore campaign this year, and we here at gohighlanders.com got to know her a little better this summer via our Highlander Highlights series.
(View Past Highlander Highlights)
Briana ...
... is from Palo Alto, California.
... greatest achievement so far has been helping coach soccer to special needs kids.
... is majoring in sociology.
... will not eat eel.
... would like to be able to read people's minds.
Briana's motto in life is: Do everything to the best of your capabilities.
One thing she wouldn't be caught dead doing is swimming at the beach.
When Briana was younger, her mom used to find her sleeping under her bed.
If she could be an animal, she would want to be a lion because they are confident, powerful, and when they want something they go for it.
Five years from now, Briana hopes to be making her way into medical school.
Keep your eyes peeled all year long for additional Highlander Highlights, and get to know more about the current crop of UC Riverside's student-athletes.
To support Briana and the rest of the student-athletes that make up our 17 intercollegiate sports, please donate to the UC Riverside Athletics Association by visiting the Association's web site.
