Riverside—UC Riverside volleyball player Danielle Hochman readies for her first season with the Highlanders following two years at Pierce College, and we here at gohighlanders.com got to know her a little better this summer via our Highlander Highlights series.

         ... is majoring in psychology.

               ... is ambidextrous.
If Danielle could witness any event, she would want to witness when slavery was abolished because she thinks that time changed the world and made it what it is today.
Her favorite quote is, "Live today like tomorrow was your last."
Danielle believes the secret to a great life is to not worry about the small things.
Her phobias are heights, tight spaces, and bugs.
Five years from now, Danielle hopes to have her own sports psychology business and a beautiful family.
