The senior scattered five hits over eight-and-two-third innings Friday evening in a 3-2 win over the top offense in the conference, #8 UC Santa Barbara.
Dunyon also set the NCAA record for highest runs-to-at-bat radio when he pinch ran in Saturday's win over the Gauchos, and scored what would prove to be the difference maker in the 3-2 win. That gave him one run with no at bats for a ratio of infinity.
Dunyon is the first member of the Highlanders to win Big West Pitcher of the Week honors since Dylan Stuart won the award in May of 2012.
