Stockton, CA - The UC Riverside women’s tennis team (4-7, 0-4) made the trek up North to face off with Big West Conference foe Pacific on Saturday afternoon. It proved to be a tough matchup for the Highlanders as they would fall 5-2 at the hands of the Tigers, who remain undefeated in Conference matches this season.

The Highlanders' lone victories in the set came at the three and four singles spots. Nadia Sakhakorn defeated her opponent 6-4, 6-4, while Angelique Corpuz picked up the win in her singles match, 3-6, 6-3. 6-2.

Next on the schedule for the Highlanders is another Big West Conference match on Sunday against UC Davis at 11:00A.M.
